It’s easy to forget about the bigger picture. In order to thrive, we need balance.

Check-in with these 3 simple steps.

Step 1

Draw your own circle of life. you can copy it by hand or screenshot and print it.

Step 2

Take a few minutes to think about what success means to you in these areas. Then think about where you're currently at in each of these areas. Are you satisfied? Fulfilled? Dissatisfied?

Step 3

For each area, draw a dot on each line. The centre of the circle = dissatisfaction, periphery = fulfilled (ex. on next slide).

Then, join the dots with a line. this gives you a visual of how balanced your life currently is.

Reflect

What is one thing I can improve to feel more balanced?

Which area do I want to focus on first?

How would I like to spend my time in these areas?

Action

Choose one area that needs more energy.

How will I make space for these changes?

What are two action I will take this week?
