If it isn't in the diary it probably isn't happening. Pick a colour and mark your self-date in your calendar.

2. Get excited

This is your time. feel into what brings you joy and use this time to do what truly lights you up.

3. You deserve it

Remind yourself that it isn't selfish to do what you love. You can't pour from an empty cup.

4. Repeat

Monthly, weekly. Set the frequency and make it a regular thing.
