In last month's live talk on goal setting, our coach and mindhacker Adrian said we should ask ourselves 'what's the one thing that I can do right now, that will make everything else easier or even redundant?' He explained how, by trying to control every step, we let the saboteur in. We actually only need to see the next single step, and every step then compounds.

As a visual demonstration of this, he shared with us the domino chain reaction – where every domino can topple a domino that is 1.5x bigger. So if you start with a domino that's 5mm high, in just 30 steps you topple a domino the size of the Empire State building! See the compound effect in action in this video.
